Customer Success Lead (Latam/CIS Region)

Job Description

We are hiring a proactive, passionate about crypto mining, individual with a proven customer management & service experience to reach out to new clients as well as build relationships with potential and existing ones, based in the CIS/LATAM region. 

Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will be initiating new leads through active and new channels, processing the enquiries as well as requests from A to Z until the completion: 

  • Prepare proposals, quotes and contracts 
  • Provide the customer support, and after the sales service 
  • Troubleshoot issues with customer orders, account statuses
  • Engage with a user/customer and build relationships 
  • Respond always promptly to requests, concerns
  • Maintain a high standard of services 
  • Communicate the customer feedback, identify improvement and critical points 
  • Develop presentations and corporate material for prospective clients 
  • Implement standard operating procedures to achieve operational efficiency and ensure customer experience at the high rank 
  • Cooperate with the marketing department, assist with the processes and utilize the tools 
  • to achieve greater results in the lead generation
  • Monitor the execution and prepare the reports on a weekly basis 

Background:

  • Fluent Russian, English/Spanish, English 
  • Excellent literacy, grammar, a concise and clear communicator
  • Understanding of Bitcoin, digital assets and cryptomining 
  • Ability to handle all requests both positive and negative in a professional manner 
  • Ability to put yourself in the client’s shoes, strive to deliver the best service
