Role: Customer Support Manager
- Career Path : CS 1st line should grow (max in 6 month) to Account/growth manager which should grow to country lead or to Product Manager in 1 year. Up or out based on performance metrics. Management Trainee CS->GM->PM 1-2 month should be used to test and train most of newcomers lacking crypto exp. Pretty the same path should be for trading desk and sales.
- Respond : Respond to client issues in a live chat.
- Troubleshooting : Resolve client issues with tech team by creating tickets for 2nd line agents.
- QA : Quality assurance: Test platform to see if there are any issues.
- Compliant access : Review KYC applications.
- Ability to work 2/2 12h night shifts;
- Fluent written English;
- At least 6 months of customer support experience;
- At least 6 months of experience working with social media (replying to customers, improving the image of the brand while responding);
- Knowledge of crypto/trading;
- Technical acumen & logical thinking;
- Self-starting, multi-tasking, well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, result-oriented;
- Understanding that remote work is as important as at-the-office one.
